Personal Information

We consider any personal information we receive from clients, potential clients and visitors to be private and we do not share it outside of that particular relationship without the permission of the one providing the information.

We do not sell, rent or offer personal information about clients, potential clients and visitors to others for marketing purposes.  You will not be quoted on our site or in any of our promotional materials without your explicit permission.


To assist in improving the performance and usefulness of TedCo Software's web sites, TedCo Software may monitor the site's performance using Google Analytics which uses cookies.  "Cookies" are small files which contain a few letters or numbers that are sent to your computer when you visit.  When you visit again, the cookie allows Google to recognize your browser.

Server Logs

TedCo Software's web host's servers create server log files.  These include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site and monitor aggregate movement through the site.  IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.  We analyze general statistics regarding our web site's usefulness but this information is never personal.  We analyze statistical information such as hits per page or downloads per file per period, but (except for our blog as mentioned above) we do not analyze "who" hit our pages or downloaded our files. 


TedCo Software complies with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

TedCo Software maintains a list of customers and others who have voluntarily requested to receive special offers, updates, price discounts and information about new releases.  TedCo Software does not sell, rent or share its e-mail list for marketing purposes.  Subscribers are given the opportunity to unsubscribe from the list at any time by following the simple instructions at the bottom of each message.

Product and Customer Support

Customer information is necessary to provide support related to specific products. TedCo Software may transfer product-related customer information to companies that purchase an entire product or product line from TedCo Software, so that the company acquiring the product (source code, binaries, web sites, etc.) may continue to provide customer support for the product.

This transfer of product-related customer information will occur in order that you may receive support from the company purchasing TedCo Software's product. You may receive an email message from the company that acquires a product or product line from TedCo Software. The purpose of this email message will be to:

  • facilitate or confirm a commercial transaction that the recipient already has agreed to;
  • give warranty, recall, safety, or security information about a product or service;
  • give information about a change in terms or features or account balance information regarding a membership, subscription, account, loan or other ongoing commercial relationship; or
